Further to your inquiry for which many thanks, I have pleasure in offering you the rental shown below.
Would you be kind enough to complete this and return it together with your deposit, which is not refundable in the case of cancellation. Remeber to print a copy of your own.
Our acknowledgment of receipt will confirm the reservation.
The rental is for a whole week from Saturday at 16 h. pm to the following Saturday at 10 h. am.

GENEREL CONDITION
This contract is for a period nor exceeding that initially agreed or for a number of persons greater than that agreed without the owner's prior agrrement.
This contract is between the signatory and the owner and cannot be transferred to a third party without the owner's agreement.
We would ask you to respect the peaceful nature of the surroundings and the use the grounds sympathetically.
The hirer undertakes to leave the aparment in as clean a condition as he finds it. An inventory is taken at the beginning and the end of the hire period.
On arrival, in addition to the cost af the rental, a deposit of the amount shown on this agreement will be payable to the owner, who undertakes to return it on the day of departure, less the cost of an y damage or breakages.
For reason of hygiene:
Animals are not allowed
If the hirer does not arrive on the date agreed, or breaks off his stay for any reason, no refund will be made and the proprietor reserves the right to re-let the apartment.
In the case of cancellation on the part of the owner, he will refund twice the amount of the 25% already paid or undertakes to find alternative accommodation of the same type as shown in the contract.
For obvious reasons of safety it is most strongly urged that cigarette ends are not thrown on the ground and we ask you to respect the natural green areas of the property.
Games and other activities are the responsibillity of the participants

You are advised to reverse into reserved space for parking
No smokin and no cigarettes ends on the ground
The swimming pool
The swimming pool is maintained by the proprietaire, but its use is the responsability of the users as are all organizined activities such as mountaion biking, canoeing, walking etc. Availabel all day. Please do not run, engage in horseplay or be noisy.
Shoes or glass objects are forbidden. The gate should be locked at all times. Footwash compolsory.
